The 5m White COB LED Strip Light with a Free Cut Design pairs high-density COB LEDs with the ability to cut virtually anywhere along the strip light for precise length and fit. The exposed copper along the entire length of the 5m strip eliminates designated cut points, allowing the strip to be cut to exact measurements as small as 4mm. Beam angle is used to express the angular dimension of light emitted from its source. The narrower the beam angle the more focused the light. Comparing two lights with the same lumen output, one with a 30° beam angle and another with a 90° beam angle, the 30° will appear brighter compared to the 90°, while the 90° will illuminate a larger area. Lights with a symmetrical output may have a beam angle expressed with a single value (e.g. W 120° x H 120° will be shown as 120°). Bulbs will typically have a single value expressing the outward beam angle projected at 360° (e.g. 120° is actually 360° x 120°).

 Correlated Color Temperature is the hue, or tint of white to expect from a light source and is measured in kelvin. Lower numbers give off a warmer white that is closer to candle light, and is good for relaxed and cozy spaces. Higher numbers give off a cooler white light that will appear more blueish. While values to the middle of the spectrum give off a more neutral or natural white light that is similar to daylight. |
