Network Lighting Control Fixtures
Using Networked Lighting Controls with your fixtures, controllers, and sensors guarantees the best control options and flexibility. Networked lighting controls use Bluetooth Mesh, allowing the nodes to communicate with each other as long as they’re in the allotted communication range. This is what ensures multiple devices can be controlled simultaneously. These Bluetooth Network Lighting Controls control light fixtures via smartphone or tablet with the Keilton app, a remote, or wall switch. With a DLC or DLC Premium Listing, all of our NLC products are guaranteed to have an increased level of energy efficiency.
Network Lighting Controls: Fixtures and Controllers
Networked Controllers vs Light Fixtures With Integrated Network Lighting Systems
There are two different options for a Networked Lighting Control System: a controller or sensor that can be installed into a light fixture or fixtures with the sensors built into them. Once Networked Controllers are installed in a light fixture, you will have the ability to increase the controllability in multiple ways, including the following.
- Control multiple fixtures simultaneously
- Powering lights on or off
- Adjusting the CCT
- Creating lighting groups, scenes, and zones
- Scheduling lights to automatically power on or off
- Sharing control with other users with shareable QR codes
However, the way that these fixtures will connect to the phone or remote will differ.
- Fixtures with an integrated controller will connect directly to a phone or remote via Bluetooth.
- If using an NLC sensor installed separately, install the sensor into the sensor-ready fixture. The smartphone, tablet, or remote will then use Bluetooth to connect to the sensor, and will then be able to control the lights.
- For the NLC controllers, the controller will connect to the junction box connected to the light fixtures. The smartphone, tablet, or remote will then use Bluetooth to connect to the NLC controller to power all connected fixtures.
The graphic shows the difference in the connections between a fixture with an integrated NLC sensor vs fixtures with the NLC controllers or sensors installed separately.

Product Showcase
Fixtures
Listed below are our LED fixtures that feature integrated ECO sensors, which function as both daylight harvesting and PIR motion sensors. Guaranteeing the lights only power on when necessary or at the needed light level will increase energy savings and reduce electricity costs. All of the lights feature a Gold Level UL 1376 IoT Security Rating to protect your data.

2'x2' Panel Lights
The 40W LED Flat Panel Light increases efficiency for large commercial properties requiring multiple fixtures, such as hospitals, office spaces, schools, and more. Using the integrated sensors, you can connect 100 LED panel lights to the same network and control them via smart app or remote.

2'x4' Panel Lights
These panel lights integrate sensors for wireless connection, simplifying installation and operation of up to 100 fixtures. Control these fixtures using a phone, tablet, or wall switch. Use these panel lights to replace traditional 3-lamp T8 tubes with a more energy-efficient, technologically advanced solution.

2'x2' Troffer Lights
This 2x2 LED troffer light features the built-in Keilton ECO sensor. Using the smart app, you can save three light scenes to the remote, allowing you to switch between options. Set the light scenes to your most frequently used settings for added convenience. These troffer lights feature tunable CCT and dimming.

2'x4' Troffer Lights
Control up to 100 2x4 troffer lights simultaneously with the integrated sensor via phone, tablet, or remote. Their versatility and advanced control features make them great for installation in schools, health facilities, and retail spaces.
Controllers & Sensor

Keilton Network Control Zone Controller
This Keilton Network Control Zone Controller can be installed on various 0-10V LED light fixtures, including select UFO high bays, recessed downlights, troffer lights, panel lights, and strip light fixtures. With a 200-foot communication range, this controller can operate all connected fixtures within this radius. This sensor holds a UL Plenum Rating and can be installed in air handling units for HVAC systems.

Keilton Network Control Zone Controller with Wall Switch Remote
The controller is the same as above, but this model comes with a wall switch remote instead of being bought separately. Install the switch against the wall using a wall plate, or remove the switch to use it as a remote. These sensors have a Gold Level UL 1376 IoT Security Rating, indicating certification of enhanced security measures protecting the device and connected lights against cybersecurity threats such as unauthorised access and tampering.

Daylight Harvesting Bluetooth MESH Motion Sensor
This is our PIR (turning lights on when motion is detected) Daylight Harvesting (powering lights based on available daylight) Bluetooth MESH Motion Sensor. These sensors are great for installation on high bays and can detect motion within a 40-80 foot radius, and communicate with fixtures within a 328-foot distance.
Benefits of Networked Lighting Controls
- Scalability: A centralized wireless control system makes it easy to add or remove lighting fixtures based on changes to your building. This is great for commercial businesses and industrial warehouses that have ever-changing needs.
- Increased automation: With a variety of scheduling and custom scene creation, you can create automations aimed to save energy and lower overall operating costs.
- Rebates: Various utility programs offer rebates for businesses that install qualifying networked lighting controls and fixtures.
- Future-proof: While fixtures with built-in sensors are available, certain LED fixtures are also available with sensor-ready sockets. These fixtures are designed to work with compatible PIR motion sensors and daylight harvesting sensors. This is a great option if you want to upgrade to a complete NLC system in the future but are not ready now.
- Individually addressable lights: With the Keilton smart app, you can adjust the brightness, color temperature, and scheduling of custom lighting groups, zones, or individual fixtures. This provides an unparalleled amount of control over your lighting system.
- Protection against cyber threats: All DLC-listed NLC lighting fixtures and controls are certified with a Gold Level UL 1376 IoT Security Rating to protect against external cybersecurity threats.
