The 170 VDC Emergency Battery Backup LED Driver automatically activates during a power outage, supplying 8W of emergency lighting. It features an internal lithium-ion battery that provides at least 90 minutes of backup lighting and recharges fully within 24 hours. With a wide input voltage range of 100-347 VAC, this backup driver maintains consistent output power, even as battery voltage decreases. It includes an automatic self-testing feature that conducts the required 30-second monthly and 90-minute annual tests. Any detected faults are clearly indicated on the included test switch/indicator module, which is designed to fit a standard single-gang box. UL 924 Listed, this backup driver meets or exceeds essential safety and fire hazard standards for commercial properties in the United States, making it an ideal choice for high bay and commercial downlights.
