Overview
The LED Explosion Proof Light is engineered to withstand the demanding conditions of refineries, paint spray booths, airplane hangars, and gas stations. Designed to enhance task lighting in hazardous environments where flammable gases or fumes are present, this fixture features a sealed, heavy-duty exterior that prevents sparks from internal components. Its powder-coated aluminum and tempered glass construction offer exceptional durability against corrosion and impact, while remaining lightweight for easy installation. The high-powered LEDs provide superior illumination, lasting longer and shining brighter than 400-watt metal halide fixtures, while significantly reducing energy and maintenance costs. The fixture can be installed using a direct pole mount or the included U-bracket and must be used with conduit to maintain safety certification.
