Promotional Discounts

Occasionally, promotional discount codes can be found in print or online advertisements, sent via email, or are available through other events or mediums. These codes are normally used to receive a percentage discount off your order. Promotional codes may be discontinued at any time without notice.

All discounts are mutually exclusive and cannot be combined with other promotional discounts, standing account-level discounts, or any other types of special pricing offers and tiers.

Mailing List Promotional Codes

Policies and promotional offers posted appearing on the industrialcommerciallighting.com website supersede those included in the email and all other electronic communications and will be applied as presented on the said website at the time of sale. (Effective September 7th, 2021)

 

Promotional Items and Giveaways

Promotional items given out as free extras on orders that meet certain value thresholds or other criteria cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded. Promotional items are given as is, with no warranty. Promotional items and their claim windows can be discontinued at any time and for any reason. Available while supplies last. (Effective November 22nd 2021)

Warranty Information

Warranties

Our products come with industry-leading warranties. See the details on the product's page to learn its specific warranty information. Warranty is valid for manufacturing defects or product failures only when products are properly used for their intended applications. If, after inspection, Industrial Commercial Lighting verifies that the defect was not caused by negligence, abuse, unauthorized repair or disassembly, we will replace the product with the same product. In the case the exact product is no longer available,  a gift card for the value of the original purchase price will be provided.  Warranties are only from the original purchase date and don’t reset with the replacement product. If you experience an issue with a product, a technician from our support team may be able to diagnose the issue. Technical support is available by phone, chat and email. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. If applicable Industrial Commercial Lighting will cover the shipping charges to ship out a replacement product once the defective product is returned by the customer. 


Industrial Commercial Lighting administers all Warranty Claims. Warranty is subject to change. Please see the product page for a product’s warranty

Select Products: Limited Lifetime Warranty

Industrial Commercial Lighting warrants that products carrying a lifetime warranty will be free from defects in the material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If your product were to fail, please return the product to Industrial Commercial Lighting for inspection. If, after inspection, Industrial Commercial Lighting verifies that the defect was not caused by negligence, abuse, unauthorized repair or disassembly, we will replace the product with the same product. In the case the exact product is no longer available, a gift card for the value of the original purchase price will be provided. Warranties are non-transferable. Warranty terms and policies are subject to change without notice.


A copy of the invoice is required for warranty repairs or replacements. As stated above, our products come with a warranty from the date of purchase, select products have extended warranty periods. Warranty is void when products are used in applications for which they are not intended—such as using a 12-volt power supply in a 24-volt system. Please call or email to notify us prior to returning items for a warranty exchange. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. All product specifications are subject to change without notice.

Product Information

Note that we receive a lot of emails, and sometimes it takes longer than anticipated to respond to them. Keep your emails as brief as possible for timely responses. If you are unfamiliar with LEDs and their capabilities, please explore the many articles in our Blog. We do not provide design advice for your LED circuits. LEDs are electronic components and do require some technical knowledge to use them properly.

Installation of Product

Buyer expressly acknowledges and agrees that if it is necessary to perform any work on any line voltage for use of Seller's Products, Buyer will have a qualified, licensed electrician perform the line voltage work. Any installation of the Products by someone other than a qualified, licensed electrician shall be performed by Buyer at Buyer's own risk and liability. Seller will not be held responsible for or accept or assume any liability in connection with any line voltage work for use of the Products, the electrical installation or modification of any of its Products, or injuries or damages incurred in connection with the foregoing. The installation of the Products must be in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, rules, codes, and regulations. Buyer shall be solely responsible for compliance with such laws. Any improper installation and/or modification of the Products can cause serious harm possibly resulting in death or personal injury. Buyer should consult with a qualified, licensed electrician who adheres to and accepts all responsibility for electrical installations in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, rules, codes, and regulations. SELLER SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY OR DEATH ARISING FROM THE USE OR INSTALLATION OF SELLERS PRODUCTS. The information on Seller's website regarding the installation of the Products is for demonstration/education purposes only and is not intended for use by anyone other than a qualified, licensed electrician. Without limiting the foregoing, Seller does not represent or warrant that the information available through this website is accurate, complete, reliable, useful, timely, or current. Stock and Backorders

Out-of-stock items are indicated as such and are listed with an expected due-back date. 

For items on backorder; expect extended shipping time on those products. Contact us if you need a shipping estimate for products that are currently on backorder.

Items currently on backorder will be marked as such in your cart at checkout. If there is an expected in-stock date for the product the date will be posted. Items with no expected restock date yet will simply be marked out of stock. We will send you an email notification if the expected stock date of any product on your order changes.

If you place an order with a mix of both in-stock and backordered items the in-stock items will be shipped immediately, the backordered items will then be shipped as they arrive at our warehouse.

Please note that once a backordered item is in-stock it may take up to 3 business days for your items to be shipped from our warehouse. However, in most cases, backordered items are shipped the day they are restocked.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Credit card information is never stored anywhere on our premises or online server. Credit card information is transmitted securely using 256-bit encryption.

 

PayPal Official PayPal Seal

Select "PayPal" on the order form. Your order will not be processed or shipped until payment is received and verified. You will not be able to modify your order once it has been submitted.

 

Electronic Funds Transfer

Select "Wire Transfer" on the order form. There is a $20 wire transfer fee included when you place your order. Our online shopping cart will generate a P/I (proforma invoice) that we will email to you along with the shipping charges and our bank information. Your order will not be processed or shipped until payment is received.

 

Purchase Orders / NET 30 Terms

We only accept POs ($100 merchandise minimum) after credit approval.

If you would like to send purchase orders in a file format other than PDF, please email a request to do so.

Sales Tax

Sales tax on orders will vary depending on where your order is delivered or fulfilled.

 

Alabama's Simplified Sellers Use Tax

Seller has collected the simplified sellers use tax on this transaction(s) delivered into Alabama and the tax will be remitted on the customer’s behalf to the Alabama Department of Revenue. Seller’s program account number is SSU-R010209178.

Returns and Exchanges

45-Day Return Policy

  • RMAs are approved for issues pertaining to manufacturing dissatisfaction, defects, misshipments, or damaged in shipping.

  • If you request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) within 45 days of the ship date, a return shipping label will be emailed to you and available on your RMA authorization page. 

    • We do not mail physical labels.

  • In order to receive a refund equal to the cost of the product(s), you will need to send back the returnable product(s) first using one of our pre-paid shipping labels

    • Returns within the U.S. will receive a pre-paid USPS label for small orders or a pre-paid UPS label for large orders. This label will be located in an email from us after the RMA process has started.

    • At our discretion, we may choose to not ask for damaged, defective, or broken products to be sent back. In this case, we may ask for evidence to prove the product is not in working condition.

  • At our judgment, we may choose to pre-ship a product before receiving the returnable product. 

    • In this case, we will need a credit card on file. In situations where the returnable product has not been received the card on file will be charged for the pre-shipped product after 45 days

  • Returned functional merchandise should be in original packaging and condition. Industrial Commercial Lighting reserves the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee on high inventory quantity returns or items in poor, unsalable condition as a result of customer handling. 

  • Please allow up to 7 business days after the product has been received by us to see a refund.

  • We do not refund shipping costs.

  • Returned orders that used store credit/gift cards will have those funds refunded first. Any remaining balance will be issued to the credit/debit card used at checkout. 
  • COD (cash on delivery) and Freight Collect packages will not be accepted.

    • If the return involves more complex issues please contact our Customer Support Team

  • If you would like to exchange your product within 45 days you will be issued a refund and then you can repurchase the product of your choice.

  • If your return is more complex or you would like help, please call us at 1-888-249-8166  or start a chat on the website so we can make sure we are providing you with the best possible support. Email support is also available, but please allow additional response time if choosing that method.

90-Day Exchange Policy (Store Credit)

  • Exchanges for store credit are approved for functional products only. To seek a warranty exchange for broken or defective products, please view the warranty length on your product or contact our Customer Service Team

  • You may request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) for an exchange (store credit)  within 90 days of the ship date.

    • No monetary refunds will be given past the initial 45-day refund time frame.

  • In order to receive store credit, you will need to send back the exchangeable product first using one of our pre-paid shipping labels

    • Exchanges within the U.S. will receive a pre-paid USPS label for small orders or a pre-paid UPS label for large orders. This label will be located in an email from us after the RMA process has started.

Returns Outside of the USA

  • Returns from Canada and Australia will need to complete this form (select "Returns and Exchanges" from the inquiry drop-down), and we will email you the following business day with a USPS label for small orders or a UPS label for large orders.

  • All other international returns, please fill out this form (select "Returns and Exchanges" from the inquiry drop-down). We will contact you within 2 business days and provide you with a shipping label if needed.

Custom & Large Orders

  • Please order small quantities of product to test for suitability in your application before ordering large quantities.

  • Industrial Commercial Lighting reserves the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee on large orders or items in poor, unusable condition.

Privacy Statement
