The 15W LED Turtle-Friendly Bollard Light provides field-selectable wattage and emits 600-610nm wavelength amber light, which is ideal for protecting marine life while maintaining nighttime visibility for pedestrians. This bollard light features a durable powder-coated die-cast aluminum housing and a high-impact polycarbonate lens, ensuring long-lasting durability even in harsh environments. The integrated louvered reflector is designed to direct light downward, reducing light pollution and preserving the night sky. With an IP65 rating and optional Anchor Mounting Bracket for new concrete installations, this bollard light is perfect for walkways, boardwalks, and piers. Pair it with the optional Glare Shield to further minimize light spill toward the beach.

Fixtures that are designed to be turtle-friendly will have an ultra-warm or amber color temperature with a wavelength longer than 560 nanometers. They are full cutoff fixtures where most of the light is directed downward, minimizing the effect on the beach or night sky.
