Tower Lights and Indicator Lights
What Are LED Signal Tower Lights?
LED signal tower stack lights increase safety and communication, and monitor productivity. We carry options with up to 5 light modules together. 24 VDC and 120VAC input options are available to fit a wide range of applications. To replace existing stack lights or want to customize the tower stack lights even more, purchase a single-color LED light module.

-
Different Light Modes: Both our signal tower stack lights and indicator lights are available with continuous and flashing modes.
-
Increased Longevity: These LEDs last up to 50,000 hours, much longer than the lifespan of traditional incandescent lights.
-

What Do the Different Colors on a Tower Light Mean?
Our colors come in various combinations based on your lighting needs: red/green, red/yellow/green, red/green/yellow/blue/white, red/yellow/green/blue, or single red. This allows warehouses and factories to pick the colors needed for their operational process. For the tower light indicators, each color will indicate a step in the operations. There aren’t actual requirements for what each color must indicate, but popular uses for the following colors typically include:
-
Red: Implies the machine has stopped or is experiencing some error and needs urgent attention.
-
Yellow: Serves as a warning or caution signal that there is a minor issue that should be looked at.
-
Green: Indicates the machine is undergoing routine operation.
-
Blue: Often used when a machine needs maintenance.
-
White: Companies usually customize this color to fit their business needs.

Do These Lights Need to Have a Specification IP Rating?
Most of our LED tower lights will have an IP53 rating. The first number, 5, indicates partial protection against dust and other hazards. This rating is ideal for warehouses and factories where dust or debris is likely to be present. However, our indicator light has an IP30 rating, indicating it provides lower intrusion protection. Always verify the specifications of your environment before installing lights. If you’re installing in an area prone to high dust, debris, water, etc., you should have fixtures with an IP rating that matches to prevent the risk of product failure and electrical hazards.
