The MaxLite GEN 3 LED Linear High Bay is a high-performance lighting solution designed for challenging environments, delivering superior efficacy at 150 lm/W. With selectable wattage options (78 W, 92 W, or 105 W) and CCT adjustability (4000K or 5000K), this versatile high bay fixture provides up to 15,750 lumens, making it suitable for expansive spaces such as warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and retail environments. Equipped with an integrated sensor port, this model enables straightforward plug-and-play sensor installations and is compatible with the MaxLite c-Max controls system, facilitating energy savings and qualifying for substantial utility rebates. The control-ready (CR) design allows for seamless field installation of additional controls. Refer to the accessory table for compatible control options.

The product has a warranty of five years if ambient operating temperatures fall outside the -4°F to 77°F range. Up to $25/unit; registration is required. Additional coverage may be available for purchase; contact MaxLite. Excludes EM/MS versions; component warranty applies.
