The Amber T8 LED Tube is a specialized linear lighting solution designed to block harmful UV light rays while providing reliable ambient illumination. With a tightly controlled spectrum, this tube filters out light under 520 nanometers, making it ideal for environments that require UV protection, such as clean rooms, photo labs, pharmaceutical facilities, and manufacturing plants. This cost-effective and reliable retrofit solution offers instant-on, cold-start, and flicker-free light without compromising task lighting. The tube features a shatterproof polycarbonate amber lens, ballast bypass with dual-ended wiring, and lockable rotatable end caps. It also includes built-in over-temperature, over-current, short-circuit, and surge protection. Rated for 50,000 hours of use, this tube operates on 120-277 VAC and is UL Classified, ensuring compliance with UL 1598C standards.
